The very beginning where i choose what DLC and game mode and such clearly says, "You can access LW Toolbox after campaign starts." But it doesnt show up during Gatecrasher or at the anthill afterwards.

I'm not sure what else is broken, since I'm trying to start a new campaign and they just wont show up. Mods I know for a fact arent working are LW Toolbox and numerical health.
